- Provocative illustrations too mature for target audienceWhile the idea behind this DK Reader series is great - combining superheroes with non-fiction material, they clearly forgot their audience (9-12 year olds) when illustrating Wonder Woman's Book of Myths. I bought a class set of these, and will be returning them. I'd be fired if I sent these home with the kids! The cover illustration of Wonder Woman in a barely-there costume is just the tip of the iceburg - all of the images of women in this book are sexed-up and scantily clad.
