![]() Rating: - photshop 7 for dummiesPhotoshop 7 for Dummiesgreat easy to follow and a good humerous read even if you didn't have a computor. ! Rating: - Beats around the bush too much!!I wanted to learn Photoshop, not just be entertained. Had to get to page 20 something before any meat. Gave up and have a better book now. Rating: - So far, so good!I'm only a few chapters into this book, but so far I'm really enjoying it both for the readability and the information. I have average computer skills: I recognize the usual icons in Photoshop (eraser, crop, etc) but I have no clue what to do when it comes to layers. This book is written both for Windows and Macs and so far everything (words and pictures) have matched up perfectly to what I see on the screen (I use a Mac). I suggest reading this book while you have Photoshop open...it'll make much ... Read More Rating: - Confused me even more...I have photoshop 7, it was given to me by a friend. I bought this book to help me figure out how to use it. I was confused before, and this book just confused me even more. A few times I wondered if the author was actually talking about the same program. I lent the book to my friend (who also was trying to figure out the program) and she was as confused as I was while reading the book. I really like the "For Dummies" books. I have many of the other books about various things and they ... Read More Rating: - Love those dummy booksSometimes you just need a book that doesn't act like you already "know it all". That's when I buy the "dummy" books. I've only read a little of this but I think it will help along with my other books on Photoshop. Also...I love buying from Amazon because the books come so quickly (unlike most of the "used" book dealers"). Browse for similar items by category:
