- beautiful but the colors do not look anything like the photo...I was so eager to get this product, but when it arrived I was pretty disappointed. While it is definitely a beautiful and well-constructed item, the colors do not really match the photo.
My guess is that the image was shot in extremely bright lighting, which is pretty common, but it makes the blue seem like the dominant color, when it really is not. - gift for a good friendI got this as a gift for a good friend who had mentioned to me that she liked them when we saw this type of lanterns while out one night. Since my friend also loves candles I thought it would be an awesome gift. So far, she loves it and has mentioned how much prettier it is than any other star-shapped lanterns she has seen sold in other places.
