- Works as intendedThe cables work just fine for what they are meant to do. I did not see any difference in video quality going from 480i to 480p, nor did I expect to see any.

- I wish it workedMy Wii seems unable to provide a Component image through to the set. This is the first cable problem I've encountered with any of my products.
I've read on other sites, that some Wii's seem to have a hardware difficulty with Component cables. Unfortunately mine appears to be one of them.

- Way cheaper than you will pay at any store...I was recently given a Wii for my birthday and immediately went looking for the HD cable to go with my plasma TV. Cables at discount and electronics stores were running around $50 - way overpriced, much like HDMI cables. I knew better than to pay that much and checked Amazon. Luckily, I found this cable for much cheaper. I only have a couple basic games, so I can't say that the HD difference is overwhelming BUT I do notice a difference.
