- Good OneI had seen this on vhs when it was out, and it was a must have. It shows techniques to help in a common kitchen all the way to the gourmet. It is a bit inefficient how it was transfered to dvd,you have to click on each item instead of watching it all the way through, but, it's nice that you can just watch one item if you are looking for a specific technique.

The few actual cooking segments are not easy to find and you spend a lot of time going back and forth to the main menu. The set is instructional, but not entertaining. If you want to be amused and instructed, try Julia & Jacques Cooking At Home
