![]() Rating: - The Batman Season 3I really enjoyed the old Batman: The Animated Series. I really like Bruce Timm's style. I wasn't too sure about The Batman when I first saw it on the WB, but now I'm a huge fan. With each new season Jeff Matsuda makes this series better and better. The Batgirl is first introduced in this season and I like the way she is introduced. I was pretty upset when the show was done after only 5 seasons, but it was great while it lasted. I now have all five seasons and consider it a good investment for ... This version of Batman is not as dark as his early 90s version and the redesigned characters (especially Joker) are quite well done. This season brings us Batgirl to help underscore the cheerier nature of the program. Although this is labeled as a "kids" titles, Batman fans of all ages can enjoy this collection of finely animated Batman cartoons. Rating: - Now things get interestingAt first I was skeptical, I was thinking the animation was questionable, but the stories were solid, and now I think I can say I'm a fan. This season introduces Batgirl and shows a new side and dynamic to this young Bruce Wayne, as he goes out and cleans up the villans of Gotham City. I must say this show has grown on me and the more I see, the more I like, the stories just keep getting better and if this keep up I will have no complaints. Overall: fun for kids of all ages. I've never been a big fan of batman having a sidekick, but I did like the fact that they were bringing in Batgirl before Robin. That is something that's never been done before. The good stories are still there but the impact isn't. There are some very great episodes in this season too, probably better than any on the second, but there are also some that are just downright ...
