- I'm A Believer!T.I. has really stepped his rap game up. Massively. I say this with good reason, because I am not a big T.I. fan. Ever since I heard Rubber Band Man" way back when, I've been turned off the guy's music. I even had some hopes for King, but I was annoyed when listening to it. This is the first time that I've liked ANY of his singles, much less liked an album of his, let alone loved it.
