- Very nice and pleasantly surprised...I gave only four stars because of the packaging but as a product it looked classy after it came out of the box. I bought four and gave away one to a friend with a little tissue and a book on wines and a nice gift bag.Both of us use it constantly in our wine club meetings and while it feels flimsy the mechanism actually works well

My only complaint is the lack of instructions -- since I had never used a wine opener like this before, I didn't really know how to use it. I had to figure it out on my own. I've seen this complaint about other Pinzon wine products.

- WobblyI bought this to replace a similar wine opener. The quality is not good. The arms were wobbly and flimsy. We didn't even bother testing it before we sent it back.
